A powerful resource that uses a combination of texts, video and images. The PPT is aimed at Levels 1 and 2 but could also be used (or adapted) to introduce the topic to Entry Level learners.  The last slide provides guidance and a planning sheet for preparing a talk or presentation on the related equality & diversity topic of food from other cultures or countries.
