Practice some of the skills needed for ICT Functional skills and also a bit of fun. Can be used individually, in pairs or groups. Two lots of 15 questions with fill-in answersheet attached.

A demonstration of how not to make a PowerPoint. This has been used for all levels as an extreme example of the worst PowerPoint ever.

Lovely interactive crossword. 13 clues. Would make a good group activity on an interactive whiteboard.

To run, unzip the file (select “Extract all files”) into a new folder and click on *partsofspeechhotpotcrossword *to run.

20 very useful images depicting the main MS Office tool buttons (copy, paste, font, align left, etc.). Originally created and used in a class of ALDD students on preCLAIT (but useful for any introductory ICT class). Print in colour on A4 paper and laminate for re-use.
