A general information text about the London Marathon. Exam-style questions cover most of the E2 reading spec. A couple of questions cover aspects of writing (plurals and alphabetical ordering). Written in haste a week before the 2022 marathon but can be used in future years. Separate teaching notes include brief ideas for Entry Level 1.

London Marathon is a multi-level graduated Functional Maths workbook for Entry Level 1 to Level 2. A front page overview allows the teacher or learner to decide which levels and topics to work on.  The emphasis throughout is on problem solving and showing working out. The workbook uses information from the 2022 London Marathon web page and event guide.

A multi-skill worksheet that incorporates speaking, listening, reading and writing, based on a short (1:22) BBC news video about a 100th birthday trip to London. Aimed at E3 / L1, but suitable for higher level E2 and for L2 as a recap (for L2 - elicit examples of the grammar and instructions beforehand).
