Understand that what is considered a logical sequence can vary across cultures, and choose a suitable sequence for presenting information and ideas in a given situation | Give a formal, structured talk: I'd like to talk to you about… There are three main points I would like to make. Firstly… As for… In conclusion… To sum up… | Learners work on a long-term project (e.g. researching free or cheap entertainment facilities in their area; researching the type of qualifications needed to get a particular job, and ways of getting the qualifications). When the information has been found, learners make notes on what they consider the key information. |
